About the Role:

We’re looking for dynamic Sales Executives who can identify prospects, pitch our services, and close deals — all on a commission basis. Whether you’re a freelancer, student, or experienced salesperson, if you can sell, you can earn!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online/offline channels

  • Present and pitch Potvin Technologies’ services to potential clients

  • Maintain relationships with leads and ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Work closely with the operations team for project execution

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets to unlock higher commissions

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales (IT or digital industry preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of online research and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
  • Ability to adapt messaging across industries like e-commerce, services, travel, and manufacturing

    • Prior experience in B2B or IT sales is a plus (not mandatory)

    • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn outreach

    • Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

    Earn attractive commissions on every project you close — ranging from websites, marketing retainers, or IT service contracts. Top performers can earn ₹25,000–₹1,00,000+ monthly.
